KERRY GILLICH, J.D.
Employee Relations and Communications Consultant
Kerry Gillich, J.D. is a Human Resources consultant and co-founder of BlackWhiteGray Consulting Group,
Inc. In addition to her legal training, Kerry brings extensive experience in internal and external
communications, marketing, and public relations. She currently uses her experience to provide solutions to
growing companies on employment regulations, internal investigations, policy design, and internal
communications.
As a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, Kerry created and implemented marketing strategies and programs in coordination with product management, sales, technology and division senior executives. During her time
with the firm, she gained substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions. Other accomplishments
included her work as one of three founders of a new bank-owned, independent LLC, CDOVantage.com, an
online start-up for the CDO market. She was responsible for creation of the new brand, all web design and
user experience, as well as strategy, all marketing materials, and public relations.
Previous to JPMorgan Chase, she worked at the New York Life Insurance Company, and SCP Communications. Her legal experience includes serving as interim Executive Director of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program at Fordham law school, working as an attorney representing a New York City agency in Family Court in child abuse and neglect cases, working as a research assistant on model legislation and policies in a law school policy clinic, and intern positions in non-profit organizations.
Kerry earned a J.D. from Fordham School of Law, and completed training in cross-cultural negotiation,
mediation, and arbitration at Humboldt University Law School, Berlin, Germany. Prior to law school, Kerry
earned and a B.A. degree in English and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Scranton.
